    How do you say

    "over the past month i have tried not to focus on something else when i should of not. i have made a mistake and just done that thing and focused on trying to get back with a ex than my german speaking exam, and i wish to do it later i have not been able to focus with my throate being bad neither with the stress with my coursework and this so i wish to be excused." ?
