Received an interesting email earlier, thought i'd post it here to see peoples views about it.
Thought it made quite an amusing read. Just to confirm, Fraud is when something unlawful is done to gain a financial advantage. Now correct me if im wrong but Bright Wight Images is not a business, and to prove any loss of earnings a set of accounts must be available to compare to see the loss from a previous year.Dear *****
After recently receiving an email from what was believed to be COMPANY NAME, I have been in contact with the company and they have confirmed that they did not send the email to us at Bright Wight Images.
At this moment in time I believe that you sent this email maliciously, using a spam generator – This act has been committed by yourselves before and therefore puts a stronger belief that this was carried out by yourselves. COMPANY NAME has made it clear to me that your actions are not welcomed, and I can confirm that the act in which you have committed is illegal, and could be taken to the local authorities as Fraud if needs be. This act also explains the reasoning as to why you knew that the ‘new client’ was COMPANY NAME, however as stated by yourselves you claimed it to be a ‘webmail hacking’. This act follows on from a recent attack by yourselves using an illegal shell, to gain access to the Bright Wight Images hosting account and delete its contents.
Due to the illegal hacking, fraud, defamation of character, defamation of business and possible loss of earnings, Bright Wight Images will be looking into taking legal action against yourselves. This is not a decision which has been taken lightly, however a string of illegal acts against Bright Wight Images requires us to do so.
The continued acts both to myself and to Bright Wight Images is not welcome and will not be tolerated.
Regards,
Darren Toogood
Bright Wight Images
Instead I believe a true example of 'fraud' is emailing a company someone works for and 'defaming' (an abusive attack on a person's character or good name) them to try and win their position in said company. I have chat logs of Darren Toogood admitting he would do this for every company I apply for a job for or even currently work for.
The illegal hacking part of that email I don't have a clue what Darren Toogood is on about.
Just wanted to see everyone's view on this amusing email.
