This Rare is very poular and quite hard to find,Value probably stable though could drop.

Pitachio Icm- Habbox price- 4 Hcs
3.75Hcs- Seen once
4.5Hcs- Seen 3 Times[2 Sold by me]
Seems to be at a stable value, maybe slightly rising.

Venetion Gondola- Habbox Price- 1.25 Hc
0.5-Seen twice [Somebody sold 2 for 1 Hc- off trade]
1 Hc-Seen 3 times
1.25- Seen twice
Not very popular- dropping

the nelly is on a rise tbh, i saw 3 go for 1t and 6 hc so...
the gondola should be decreased to 1cs ye
and the pistachio ICM should be raised.
