as many times as you want.
however some games (like Fallout 3) you can only activate it 5 times.Never argue with an idiot, he'll drag you down to his level, and beat you with experience.

Well you need to be logged in to download it
I dunno if you can play, sometimes it glitches and thinks you're logged in.
