You get them daily from habbo, you need a verified email adress to get them.

they should be in your hand in presents, you only get them if:

a) - registered account (which im guessing you have see'ing as you have 4)

b) - to sign in everyday to recieve a penguin automatically to your hand.

You need to login everyday. If you don't login on one of days then you miss out on the penguin
