How when you are using a php menu <? iclude?> etc do you make it so the menu dosent move around when you click a new link.

Php navigtaion, isnt the link its how the content is inseted in to the page, like on thybag, all the outside bits are built in to the page, then the php navigation includes the middle bit then depedning on the url.

So the page include's html and php is phisclay added in to the page its included from before being run etc. So it would fucntion as a solid page
