You could use a Scart > Composite/Phono Audio to plug it into a Hauppauge TV Tuner on the computer and watch it through that.

http://www.ebuyer.com/product/76058 - Sky Box to RCA.

http://www.maplin.co.uk/Module.aspx?ModuleNo=1218 - To convert the RCA audio to 3.5mm to go to TV Tuner.

The card, (or my card did) should come with an RCA video to S-Video adapter.

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/Hauppauge-Wi.../dp/B000ANH01O - Actual TV card.

Sky Box > Scart to RCA lead > Video RCA into S-Video lead (comes with TV Card), Audio RCA into 3.5mm converter > TV Card.

I use a VGA cable from my 360 to my monitor, which has those 2 Phono/RCA audio leads (but the Official 360 VGA cable comes with the audio adaper) with an adapter on to plug into my PCs line in.
