Can't you uninstall it from Add or Remove Programs?

    Try this:
    1. Go to 'Start', click 'Run'.
    2. Type in 'C:\Program Files\BitTorrent\uninst.exe'.
    3. Press 'Enter'.
This should take you through the uninstall module. If, however, it doesn't go to 'C:\Program Files\BitTorrent' and delete the BitTorrent file manually.
    I'm actually not that strange.

    This is uTorrent, not BitTorrent.
You need to delete this folder
    Code:
    C:\Program Files\uTorrent
