    ok here is my advice etc:

    first thing you need to do is pack your bags find a good html guide and get as far away from freewebs as you can and find a hoster where you upload your work from notepad etc instead of just using an edit tool.

    If you want to stay on freewebs then

    1: Get rid of those dam butterflies they block the text and lagg the page even on a 512k broadband so I can only imagine what it would be like on a 56k.
    2: Ditch the rubbish layout and create ure own stuff or at least make your own nav bar, I made a really simple one on paint and it looked pretty good.
    3itch the music its annoying if you want your speakers up, I understand there is a pause box but the music generally laggs the page.
