    They are sold in the Netherlands in lots of shops, like Free Record Shop.

    They are sold in the UK in most convinients stores I.e corner shops. Ask them for an e topup card then they will ask you what one you say wallie card also you choose how much to put on i think habbo atkes £5, £10, £15, £20


    i think the shop has to have a paypoint aswell
