True Lies

Just saw True Lies for the first time.

Pretty good film to be honest. The Plot Isn't bad and the characters are quite well played and believable. Its a typical Arnie film "Big and Loud" but that is a good thing in one sense it gives the right amount of action with a little spice of humor. This keeps the audience interested but they don't feel they need to take the film too serious which is a real problem with action movies. Only down side to all movies in this category is the amount of time and missed opportunities to kill the main villain. But where would the fun be in killing the main villain on the first meeting.

The Harrier Jump Jet scenes were actually pretty amazing and was kinda out of the blue for an Arnie film.

It was built as a new type of 'spy' movie.

A good cheesy film.
