vB skinning help needed

Can anybody point me to a vBulletin forum skinning tutorial? I must be blind...

Or even write one in this forum?

Edit: Take it as if someone had just purchased vB and wanted to skin it, either with one from the net and/or make their own graphics and skin from there.

2. Open a FTP program

3. Upload files from zip file

4. Go to ADMINCP and upload XML file

5. Done I think

try this:

1) go to vbulletin.org get skins
2)unzip
3)upload the file example: Skynetimages
4) go to admin panel
5) go to styles and click download / upload styles 3 / 4th one
6) browse the skynet folder and get skynet.xml or vbulletin.xml
