[+Rep] My pc keeps beeping

I got my new pc yesterday and i turned it on today and all i hear is Beeeeep constantly, no start up or anything just a continuous beep its a fairly long beep. can anybody help me?

Is it a Dell?

I fixed it, it was a ram problem just a quick blow and re insert and it works fine, no its not a dell, its a custom pc
