You have to remember there are thousands of calls an hour and it is not possible to answer every single call, however we do try. If you send a call for help - please be patient, you should wait about 15 minutes and if still no-one has arrived to help you, call again. You deffinatly should not call every second or minute as that is just annoying, and you may end up with a warning - it also won't make us come to you any quicker. You also need to remember that although there are alot of Hobbas, not all of them are online or on duty (we do need to rest at somtime). In your calls for helps, be polite and to the point - explain the problem - this way we can deal with it as quickly and as effectively as possibly.
