Join FLV Files [+10 Rep]

Okay, so I've just been downloading some files from Youku and Youtube and I want to join them together instead of playing them in a playlist / one after the other without any pauses in it. Does anybody know how to join them together? Possibly quickly, no loss of quality and with the output still being .FLV to save hard drive space.
