Go to see a doctor or something or just have the willpower to refuse to go out drinking.

To be honest the main reason people drink is because they are out with friends drinking. Choose alternatives such as cinema or bowling and such, this will stop you thinking about drinking because your enticed in something else.

    Good luck.

Oh right, erm. You should go and see a consultant then. It might be because of the Christmas/New Year season, you've become a little addicted to alcohol.

you see, my friend said to me "this is how I lost my first job, by drinkign to much"

but the way I see it is; I don't ditch work to go get seriouslly drunk, I go to work when I am suppost to, apart from today, I called up and told them i feel really ill.

but before this other guy got fired from work, he was constantly not showing up.. etc getting drunk, and not coming in when his suppost to.. etc

then he got court steeling from the tills..
