Yh, i got rushed into hospital yestarday night in ambulance, turns out i have really bad strain of the flue, i have no energy at all, cnt even get outta bed, i being sick every 2 mins, its horrible.

No offense but I could bet my life that you didn't really go to hospital, search this forum, you've been in hospital about 200 times and I'm surprised you're not dead by now tbh.
But for the flu, just stay in bed, watch tv etc, basically just rest
