My Second Rare Report

This is my second rare report and ive taken the advice into account!

Red values = Below habbox value
Orange values = Same as habbox value
Green values = Above habbox value
Blue = coment
= In the same trade

Hc

I just wanted to say that hcs dont usualy sell for 15 creds any more they usualy sell for 13 or 14

Polar Sofa

0.75 - Seen once
0.5 - Seen once
I think the polar sofas are too highly priced and they are realy hard to sell for 1hc!

Majestic

2.0 - Seen twice
2.2 - Seen once
I think the recent rise in the value of majestics is a good thing and the reason they are still selling for 2hc is because people dont know about the rise.

T-sofa

1.1 - Seen nine times -
I think throne sofas should go back up to 1.2!

Throne

64 - Seen once
65 - Seen twice
Thrones are always changing in value and the has been alot around recently but now throne sales are becoming rarer and so the price is going up.

Dj Deck

3.5 - Seen Once
4 - Seen Twice
4.25 - Seen Once
The dj value is just right the values i saw are quite rare but im only reporting what i have seen. There have also been some talk of Djs going down in value but i dont think this is true and i dont think it should happen.

Red Pillow

2.2 - Seen Twice
2.5 - Seen Once
I think the Red pillow should go down to 2.2 because there only realy used in casions because you can get a maj for less and id rather have a maj and so would most people.

Vanila icm

1.5 - Seen Twice -
2 - Seen Once
The vanila icms used to be realy popular but the pepermints are becoming very popular to.

Pepermint icm

2 - Seen Twice
The pepermint icms are becoming ever more popular and personaly i think there the best icm.

Rare values are always changing and i hope to make a new rare report soon!

very good mate, infact very accurate values, try to get like 10 - views of a sale price, even if they being advertised.
much improved then last time, try not to do lasers they are dodgey atm (even though u not done one this time) i like your layout, id say keep the setout the same but dont put into middle as we don't use that as guidelines. we use them on the left.

I'm looking forward to see more good reports from you.

p.s. try do some super reports in the super section as we don't have many.
