Need Graphics Designer

Hey, i am looking for a graphics designer who will design (icons and banners).

at the moment i am in need of a new logo and complete icon redesign.

myself i have designed basic icons and logo but they completely do not match each other..

i am looking for icons and logo with similar similarities (matching).

due to the fact that this is a small project in the future i will be making money from it but as of now its still in working order. i will be gladly to pay the graphics designer if he/she is willing to wait out the stages until prfits are starting to be earned.
