Default LG Viewty (sp) file transfer?

How do I transfer photos from my phone to my laptop. Bluetooth wont work and I've read I need a disc. The disc didn't come in the box, I have got the USB though.

I don't use the software, I did but it was a pain..

    Go into your phone

Menu > Settings > Phone Settings > USB Connection Mode

    Select Mass Storage.

Then when you plug in your USB, it'll open up on your PC and you can manually manage it. (Open folder to view files etc).

Then it'll have all the folders inside your phone, pictures, videos etc. Much easier imho.
