Default Inspiron 1525 problem with wireless

Right, me and my sister both have identical laptops as we bought them at both the same time. Mine works like a beauty and will always pick up the internet, my sisters on the other hand says that she is connected to the internet, but with limited connectivity. Mine sometimes says this so I just reconnect and it works fine, not so much on hers.

    Any ideas?

It might be your router. I know mine does this and I have to reboot my router and then it's fine.

The firmware on the home hub is 8.1.F.4 yeah?

    To check:
To check which firmware version your BT Home Hub is running, click on the Hub Manager icon on your computer desktop. Alternatively you can open your web browser, type bthomehub.home into the address bar and press Enter.
Scroll down to the bottom of the home page - the software version is shown in the bottom left of the screen
