Can't Login To PSN Online

Aloha All.

I got a PS3 christmas, and i created a PSN account via my PS3, And i can login, chat online, go on PS Home and so on, But when i go onto my computer and go to eu.playstation/psn/ ( i think thats the url excuse me if not ) and try to login using my login id ( email ) and my password that i use daily to login via my ps3, it rejects it and says they are wrong.

I'm sorry if this is a stupid mistake but i don't know what to do, i can login via my ps3, but not online to create a profile, a little gamertag and so on.

it should be this one: https://secure.eu.playstation.com/sign-in/

Yeh im using that site, but it wont work.

hmm, try creating a new one under a different e-mail address. Can you not play online because you cant do anything on it really

that is strange. Try the US site lol. You could have accidentally made one on their
