He does, he bought the account for £25, changed the name now he's selling it cheaper because we owned him and found out that he bought it and didn't get it 'given' to him, now he's giving them 3 months LIVE, 800 MS points (GT change) and the account for like £16 lol

Correct me if I'm wrong but he's sold to an American and the Gamertag is British as far as I'm aware... Surely this means the American is stuck with British content and he can only use it with a British Credit Card and any Prepaid cards from outside the UK wouldn't work (MS Points or Xbox Live).
