I know you can't go wrong with dumbbell's but it's just the Pro Power Adjustable Chest Pull that I'm not to sure about. - Do they work?

Those dumbells seem incredibly light. The chest pull does work but I don't believe its that effective compared to push ups, barbell press and flys etc.
There great for toning but you wont gain much muscle using weights like that, but if you use those you will definetely see muscle definition.
It's best to get some adjustable dumbells so you can change the weights as you progress. Why not just go to a gym anyway.
Well, i haven't got time really. Go to school come back 6. I got to have my tea. The only time I've got is on a Saturday and Sunday so waste of time really paying for membership. Out of a month i would probably go there 8/30 days so there's no point in that.
Yes. It works good. You can try.
