    Just popped up today, don't know how it got there because I havent used this laptop for about 3days.

    Heres a screenie of it, tells me its not a virus but its a proxy.

    Anything need to be done?

    Ive tried quarantineing it but nothing, tried repair did nothing, tried delete and it did nothing. It wont go away.

    I can suggest to start off with, is disabling your current security, and going with NOD32 or another internet security.
    Search at download.com and do the trial or ask Kevin for a code (he's a wizz-kid!)

    Thanks for that, but my zonealarm is fine. Ive got a yearly license for it and it works a treat, I just don't know how that file got there, because I haven't even used the laptop.

    Maybe its not a virus and a mistake.
    Anywho, trace up the address and learn what's gone wrong from there.
    You should then be able to delete it manually.

    I can delete it manually but im wondering if its something important. Knowing me ill delete it and my laptop wont work again
