Basically it shows this;

I have NOD32, but I don't know the "Virus protection" part is showing, and how do I stop that coming up.

You just click find a program, and click on NOD32 dont you? :S

I had this problem, you click Show me my options and then select I will monitor my virus protection software, It will then stop bugging you. Its just because windows didnt detect you've installed anything, this wont affect your security.

Yellow means it isn't part of Windows Security, but there's another security programme which has been found.
