I think it's highly unlikely you will find yourself a re-coloured rare in this Lost City collection.

The article:

A strange mystical item known only as the Merdragon is in the Catalogue as January's Collectible.

It turned up unannounced in the Habbo delivery quarters in the dead of night.
The strange fountain was left in a box with only a short note on it - beware of the Merdragon's fire for it holds great properties.
