    Default Well...

This isn't really anything to do with 'health' but recentley my sleeping paterns have gone all dodgy like las night I went to bed at 06:00 and I wasn't tired, and the other nights I have woken up at like half 5,4 and 2 oclock, and I was wondering if I could get any advice?

    Thanks.

This is what happens when parents are irresponsible and let you have freedom over when you can go on the PC.

Mate don't be sad, go to bed at a normal time. What are you gaining by staying up till 6? A social life? Na ;P

O and if I sound like I'm flaming then I'm soz.

Just go to bed at a proper time + give urself time to sleep

No this happens to a lot of people over Christmas, they tend to stay up later and continue. This is currently a problem with me.

Go to bed 1-2 hours earlier, set alarm for a earlier time. Trouble sleeping? Take a tablet that makes you tired, it isn't harmful but aslong as you just take one.

You're meant to sleep in darkness so your brain can rest, so turn your night light off next time and you won't get disturbed during your snooze.

    I had the same problem.

I fixed it but probably not healthily. The first day back at school I had 2 hours sleep the night before because I couldnt get to sleep untill 4am, then that night I was so exhausted I got to sleep by 10 =]

I got a smart Idea, Go bed 6am when you are sleepy wake up 12 so its 6 hour sleep to keep you going so you dont go bed at like 2Pm.. then you will go bed like 9? aka your normal bedtime anyway
