Pillow = 0.5 (People offer and want 2 for their Hc)
Ice Cream Machine = 0.5 (Same Reason as pillow)
Throne = 20 Hc's (People usualy Offer that)
Throne Sofa = 4.5 Hc's (People offer 4 Hc's and a 0.5 for it sometimes just 4 Hc's)

Majestic = 5 Hc's
Orange Parasol = 5 Hc's
Purple para = 1 Hc (People have been offering that price or 2 0.5's)
Green/Yellow Parasol = 0.5 Hc's.
Dragon Lamp = 1 Hc.
