Can someone please direct me to a tutorial on how to get a feedback button like the one on www.uplodu.com. I searched for it a couple of times but didn't get anything. Also it would be helpful if you could help me find one that uses jQuery.

Why not ask the man himself
Uplodu uses Uservoice indeed, you can change the position of the Tab, and it's colour to any HEX Code
