what should it be trained on?

i think d scim , sara sword, or gs is best
and id do , pest control , daggnoths , rock crabs, expirements , yaks
and id say a month atleast :S

i would probs use a d skim and yeah like someones said, it'd probably take a month or less depending how long you go on it a day

You could train it a lot faster if you use full dharok, if you could afford all the prayer pots. Whatever mob you're killing, find out their max hit and lwt them hit you 'til you're at the lowest hp possible, then pray and kill. high hits.
Bloodvelds are good to do this on, or abyssals if you can.
