Habbo not answering emails?

Hiya, i emailed habbo 2weeks ago about a perm ban i got and they have not replyed are they on holladayz?

If you're using Hotmail it can take up to 2 weeks to recieve some emails.

I've also sent them an email on the same topic and haven't recieved a reply and I used Gmail so I'm unsure as to what's going on!

i suggest if your using hotmail, you should use something like Googlemail, as i found, i got emails thro much quicker throo googlemail!
if not, then check you junk mail.. and make sure it hasn't been place into there, as sometimes it can.

If you haven't heard back soon, i suggest you send them another email,
and i think they might even have a helpline that you can call up.. o if you are really desprete you may want to consider calling them?
