The folder on the Habbo servers... ../c_images/albumn# with the badges in it... Im sure there is one...

Every hotel has a directory online like: http://images.habbohotel.co.uk/c_images/Badges/, and every hotel has all international badges inside. Their names are usually meaningful, so guessing gets you a long way. For local badges mostly countrycode (UK, NL, NO etc.) is used and a number. For instance:
http://images.habbohotel.co.uk/c_images/Badges/UK1.gif
…will get you the general Infobus badge as used in UK. Keep increasing the number and it’ll stop after number of badges actually there. And so on.

There is another URL for it, the one of the Habbohomes.
http://images.habbohotel.nl/c_images/album1584/Z05.gif

change the Badgecode (Z05.gif) to other codes (e.g. UK1.gif) and .nl can be changed to all Habbo domains (.co.uk, .com, etc).
