Need help - Regarding LG Cookie

Right, hopefully some of you can help.
I got this phone on a 24 month contract the other week, and it's really hard to hear when on the phone, due to the sound being so quiet.

The volume on the side is up full, but its still extremely quiet.
Anyone know how to edit the volume even more?

I will grant the correct answer to a big kiss, nah im kidding.

Fixed this problem lol..
I had one of the protective cases on, which come with the phone to stop damage to the touch screen, and it was covering the speaker l0l.

Blonde moment, for a few weeks haha.
