Xbox no longer playing the games?

Hey guys.. i know that im well retro with an XBOX 1 but i'm trying to sell it to buy a 360..

i noticed today it wasnt reading barely any of my games when i was trying to load them, just going to like the screen as if there wasn't a game in there..

i have tried to search on google and the xbox website itself for solutions but all i get is things about 360's...

can anyone help me fix it? or link me to a site that helps?

Maybe its been thrown around abit like when you was moving it etc and a chip has come out inside?

@nath it plays some games still but not others ?
@paul yeah but i could get like 40 quid for it on ebay if it worked and then they couldnt complain and be like "it dont work omg refund us!" i just need any money from this to go towards my 360

if it plays some other games then your discs are probably just dirty, give them a clean apparently toothpaste works well but ive never tried it.

i have cleaned them thoughroly already nothings happening.. its like 10 of my games or more that dont work =[

Just give it a good 'ol kick around the garden, you could just take the case off, get a new dvd drive and install linux on it get a bigger hard drive and put some games on it job a good 'un

Because you could be moving it and be moving it to fast and hard or your parents dropped it or friend or sister brother w.e
