Buy runes in the ge and sell them in tzhaar caves for tokkul. Just go to the rune icon on your map. Fire runes offer the best rates.

Tele to karamanja via a glory amulet then run west untill you start going up a hill and see scorpians, then you will see a dungeon sign (!) on your map, go down it.
