Placing Furni On A Nordic Table?

Is there an easy way to place furni on a nordic table? I know that if you put it against the wall then place something on the table, it works. What if it is not against a wall? I've done this recently by putting my executive desk behind it then placing my jade dragon on top of the nordic but now, it no longer works. It is a lot more complicated now.

I had to change my whole room because one of my friends trashed my trade room which included the jade dragon on my nordic table. It is difficult to put back. If you can help me or give me some advice, I'd really appreciate it.

I don't believe you can place it easily on a table. I know that it doesn't work very well for me :S
It might just be certain furni though, so try a few different things (plates, dragon, etc.) and see if any of them go on is my suggestion
