On cPanel, go to Index Manager, select the Directory and click: No indexing

This results in a blank page.

Alternatively, you can go to File Manager, select the directory, then click 'Change Permissions' at the top; un-tick the first 3 boxes (Read; un-tick: User, Group and World)
