I think that this rare should be at the value of 2.5 along with the hologirl as they are usually brought together for 5HCs This will probably drop to fit the 5HC for the holoboy and girl

I think this rare will stay at 5HC for a long time, it is rarely sold for anything other than 5 club sofas.

Uranus Smoke Machine
1HC [Four Times]
1.25HCs [Six Times]
This rare, when sold individually is usually sold for 1HC but is sold for more [1.25HC] when sold in bulk, which is common as casino owners usually buy these smoke machines.

White Lace Pillow
2.5HCs [Once]
3HCs [Six Times]
I have seen these being traded alot recently and have normally been selling for 3HCs. These should go up fairly soon.
