2100 imo. Although Gamestop in America are selling download codes for $19.99 that can be redeemed when it comes out.
No idea on release date.

It will be sold in all gaming shops (In the UK too) which is a first for DLC, it almost ruins the point of DLC but if online retailers or stores are selling it cheaper than my precious MS Points then I'll go for it
