Using console and pc on same screen?

So yeh, i got a computer screen and i want to hook it up with my wii and pc.

But how would i do it do it has some kind of switch so i could switch between the pc and console whenever i feel like it?

(Maybe also Two scarts and two VGA's as i could link my old consoles up as i still use them.)

If your screen has PIP (Picture in picture) you can do it, also if you have extension channels such as ext1 etc.

if it has a VGA and DVI connector, then you could buy a scart to dvi converter and your sorted from there.
