    Default Knees hurting.

When i sleep, i kind of bend my knees, it's ok for a while but like 15 minutes after i can feel a splitting pain in my knees.

I can walk for long distances and nothing like this happens.

I haven't hurt my knees recently.

Anyone have any suggestions on what the problem can be?

If you sit down and try to lift your legs so that your leg is horizontal, does it hurt just below the kneecap?

Nope, just fine. No pain at all.

I think I'll book a appointment at the Doctors just to make sure everything is ok and that.

I got that once, it was to do with the way I slept that night.

If it's caused by the position you're in while sleeping it'll be hard to stop... if you don't already you could exercise more to strengthen your knees?
