High Alchemy Help!

I've been alching for abit now but I'm loosing money like crazy. So far i have alched like 3k magic longbows. And in this Ive lost abit more than a million. Can someone give me a better item to alch?

Some items people alch are yew longbows, green dragonhide bodies, adamant platebodies and some summoning pouches.
Air battlestaffs are also good, but you can only buy 100 every 4 hours.

If your looking to make a profit, you'll need to make the item or the nature runes yourself.

People usually keep away from mage longs, not worth losing the cash for the same XP (unless your cutting/flaxing/stringing/making the bows)

I remeber using yew longs, Havnt alched in years though, could be better methods these
days.

yew longs, more for less - about 5k = 500k loss

I alch yew longs, I make profit from them and the only thing im loosing is nature runes and some of the profit made from alching buys more nature runes if you get me..
