errored imp and bouncing balls

in my room trade [2] the imp errors me and there are 3 bouncing balls. i called for help but no1 ever comes. i called 4 times

Hey there The bouncing ball is a glitch that can happen often, seeing as the version 7 of habbohotel creates the bouncing ball glitch, simply pick them up if you dont want them to bounce around. The problem with the imp could be from anything, i suggest you try the following

1) Pick it up and replace it down.
If following above doesnt work:
2)try accessing the imp that doesnt error if you know its location.
If following above doesnt work:
3)Remove it from the room, and attempt it in another room
If following above doesnt work:
4)Call the Mod and put this: One of my imperial teleporter errors me when i enter it.

Im afraid if that doesnt work, not much else i can do? try deleting your temporary internet files by doing this:
on the web browser go to tools,
then internet options,
In general locate the section temporary internet files,
Delete Files,
then tick the offline content box, and click ok, reload habbo and hopefully that could work.

i have picked up all 3 balls walked round the hotel for a few mins and they still bounce when put down

Ok i see, You might want to use other balls, i dontknow how to fix that, sorry. you can allways trade them to people who want them to bounce

Bouncing Balls are scripted there is a way to stop them from bouncing. I can take a look for you
