i got an ati x1650pro card, but recently...
when i've been playing games, the screen freezes, monitor says "no signal" then goes on standby... only thing to do is restart my pc?
i have the latest drivers, its plugged in right, its not even hot when i felt the card...
any ideas?

VGA/DVI i'd assume, is it a monitor your plugging into or a TV? (monitor i'm sure)
