Like my 4th design with Photoshop maybe?
Need constructive feedback - +REP for helpful feedback!
Don't just say you don't like it etc, explain why and what can be changed.
If it gets good enough reviews I may sell for a couple quid

I like it, but most of your layouts have that same wooden background with low opacity boxes:eusa_wall

Hmm its ok
I don't like the font in the logo though but overall its a pritty good layout.

The blue really doesn't go on the wood background.

I dislike it because I dislike all layouts with a grey wooden effect and low opacity boxes. The boxes are too rounded and the blue is disgusting.

To improve:
Try adding more colour and sorting out them boxes

I think it looks good for a 4th non-habbo layout.
