Most games sites have the embed code.

Why not download ibp or vb arcade games that way you can make a highscores system for it aswell.

Best to download and upload to your site, because if you like hotlink miniclip games, miniclip will be blocked..

So you won't have access to play the game.

Yeah, use a downloader to download them and host them yourself. If you want to play it from schools, then it will be down.

I can download them, that's fine.

But I meant to say is there not an issue with copyright?

If I have a disclaimer on every page saying that I don't claim ownership then am I fine?

I don't think it's any copyright. If I made a game, and people added it to their websites, I'd be happy lol.
    But I'm not sure-

You cant just whack someone elses game on your site without prior permission. Miniclip might let you hotlink their games but that doesn't neccesarily mean that you can download it and upload it to your site, that is likely to be against their Terms of service and so would be against copyright law.

    I hope this helps.

I was thinking about hotlinking, easier for me.

But what happens if they remove their games or change game directories?

You can get done for hot-linking.

It wastes more space on their server..
