    zip thier vb forum and send it to me?
    I have sql file, its just that, VPSwow said I didnt pay and I did and terminated my VPS.

    Download it from your vBulletin members area. You have a licence, don't you?

    If I remember correct, a licensed user isn’t allowed to distribute their copy of vBulletin to anyone else. The best solution is to try and contact your friend, since anything else would violate the TOS.
