RADIO SETUP / SHOUTCAST

I have the player on my site, i have the DNAS (gui) DOWNLOADED thing, i have winamp, I need help setting it all up so i can put it on my site.

How do i set it up? What do i enter in the shoutcast setup for it?
and how do i do it all? Major help needed (im not thick, just unexperienced)
