    Default HELP!! (+REP)

    Ok, SO Ive got a laptop its XP And When I plu it into the internet it connects and network Magiuc Says it has connect and I Hads alook at the COnnection and it was all coreect but I cant get on the Internet? Or MSN? And I try anf Open norton and it wont Open! SPybot Search And Destroy says I have Got No Viruses and my Laptop is Clean. Can Anyone Help?
